2. Video User Guide

– Duration: 3 months starting from the delivery date
– Hardware and Software: No specific hardware necessary; chrome browser preferred

3. Premium Support
– Type: Service
– Access type: Email
– Duration: 1 month starting from the delivery date.

4. Push Notifications
– No need to check MT4NA tens of times per day. You will get important notifications when they happen and in this way, you can focus on other things during the day.
– You will not lose a good trading day because you forgot to check MT4NA

What notifications can you set:
– MaxConsLosingTrades – you can get a notification when this input reaches the value you have set when started a new trading session. In this case, the trading on this specific symbol will be stopped.
– Session P/L Profit – you will get a notification when the profit (in pips) of a trading session reaches your set value. Trading on this symbol will still continue.
– Session P/L Loss – you will get a notification if the Session P/L for a trading session will go negative and will reach a negative value that you have set in the inputs. Trading on this symbol will still continue.

5. Maintenance
– Type: Free updates and bug-fixes
– Duration: 3 months starting from the delivery date

Contract Termination
Normal Conditions: 3 months for the software, video user guide, and maintenance. 1 month for Premium Support.

Delivery: after the payment is cleared, the user will receive instructions via email and will be able to access the Members Area and download the software.

The right of withdrawal: 10 days from the delivery date.
